My Approach

As a therapist, I'm here to help you see things from a different perspective. We all have our own stories and beliefs that shape the choices we make in life These beliefs influence our thoughts and actions, which ultimately determine the results we get. If you're looking to change some habits that aren't working for you, it's important to become aware of the stories you're telling yourself. Together, we can work on gaining that awareness and making some positive changes.

With all that said I believe that finding a therapist who is “the right fit” is an integral piece to a successful therapeutic experience. It is possible to feel safe, experience happiness and worry less. We work together so you can begin to feel empowered and understood.
