Since 2014, I’ve been helping children, teens, and adults navigate the ups and downs of life. From addiction treatment centers to supporting those dealing with severe mental illness, I’ve worked in a variety of settings that have equipped me to address a wide range of challenges. I even completed my Master's degree with a capstone focused on youth prevention in urban areas, so I understand the unique struggles that different groups face. And yes, I also have a deep understanding of healthcare quality measures, which means I’m not only here to help you feel better, but to make sure you get real, measurable results.
